Why do pelvic mapping?
When you're connected with your pelvis, you're connected to your power. Healthy levels of sensation in our vaginas and vulvas allow us to feel hydrated, comfortable, open, and relaxed, fostering a deeper connection to our bodies on an entirely new level.
Pelvic mapping is a bodywork practice for your vulva and vagina, akin to preventative care like a breast exam. This trauma-informed practice helps you learn about what a healthy vulva and vagina are, decreases numbness and pain, and is conducted with cameras off to ensure privacy. It’s important to note that pelvic mapping is not a self-pleasuring practice, but a form of bodywork aimed at fostering bodily awareness and health.
