How Arvigo Supports Fertility

Arvigo Techniques focuses on supporting five systems of the body which help to support our uterus into more optimal physiological function. These functions can help with ovulation, implantation and supporting the early stages of pregnancy, as well as bring us into deeper alignment with our physical, mental and emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

The five systems Arvigo supports are:

Arterial flow circulates freshly oxygenated blood from the heart to the rest of the body. If the uterus has poor circulation, it many not be able to function optimally during ovulation, as well as not be able support a potential pregnancy.

Venous flow removes metabolic waste from the tissues back to the heart and lungs. Restricted venous return means more congestion in the uterus and ovaries leading to a thicker endometrium, which is not supportive for egg implantation.

Lymphatic flow acts as our first line of defense agains pathogens and acts as a garbage collector of the body. Restricted lymph fluid and congested lymph nodes decreases our bodies ability to fight infection. Reducing the amount of time we need to recover from common viruses is helpful when trying to conceive as common colds and flus can create irregular cycles.

The nervous system conducts thousands of functions of our body, acting as a conductor of our brain and spinal cord, as well as helping to regulate our mood and emotions. Reducing stress helps our chances of having regular cycles and ovulation and can help to support a pregnancy once it’s begun.

Chi is the flow of energy in our body absorbed from our environment and transformed into biochemical energy. Chi flow affects our physical, emotional, spiritual and internal cellular balance. Restriction of chi can create symptoms ranging from low energy, poor immune response, poor digestion, as well as emotional feelings of loneliness, isolation and alienation, which when we are trying to conceive, can be unwelcome yet common visitors on our journey to fertility.

If you’re TTC, Arvigo is a wonderful way to support your cycle, your womb and your emotional resilience on your journey.
